Setting Spend Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly spend limits to help manage your play. These limits can be adjusted in your account settings or by contacting customer support.
Exclusion from Online Play
You can exclude yourself from online play for at least 180 days, during which you cannot access your account until reactivation.
Self-Exclusion Process
To self-exclude, visit your account settings or contact our customer support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.
Opt-out from Marketing Communications
When you exclude yourself from play, you will automatically stop receiving communications. Alternatively, you can opt out by contacting us.
